Fees and funding
Funding pathways vary depending on the reason for referral, ACC status, insurance cover and the treatment being considered. The clinic team can provide practical guidance, but funding approval is not guaranteed.
Funding pathways
ACC
ACC may apply where an accepted injury claim is relevant. Approval for consultations, imaging or treatment depends on ACC requirements and individual circumstances.
Private health insurance
If you have insurance, check your policy and any pre-approval requirements. The clinic can provide information your insurer may request.
Self-funded care
Some patients choose to self-fund appointments or treatment. Costs and practical requirements should be confirmed before proceeding.
Public hospital care
Public hospital care may be more appropriate in some circumstances. Mr Thompson can advise if referral to another pathway should be considered.
