OrthoDocs has a main focus on lower-limb arthroplasty, including hip and knee replacement and revision surgery, and also accepts selected shoulder, elbow, hand, foot and ankle referrals. Spine conditions are not routinely assessed through OrthoDocs.

For non-urgent enquiries, the contact form is preferred because it helps the clinic collect the right information. You can also contact the clinic by phone or email.
Urgent concerns: OrthoDocs is not an urgent or emergency service. For medical emergencies, call 111. For new or worsening symptoms requiring urgent assessment, please contact your GP, an urgent care provider, or Whanganui Hospital Emergency Department.
Please do not include DOB, NHI, uploaded documents or detailed clinical history in this public enquiry form. If more information is needed, the clinic will advise how it should be provided.
